I get it because I’ve lived it.Many times.I know the gap and I know how intensely frustrating it can be.After you’ve been “trying” for a while, something even more painful starts to happen:You begin questioning yourself.Maybe you're blocked.Maybe you're missing something.Maybe everyone else understands this better than you do.Maybe you're the exception.So you keep searching.Keep consuming.Keep looking for the missing piece.Not realizing that the real problem isn't a lack of information.The real problem is that nobody showed you how to hold a new identity long enough for it to become familiar — much less gave you reinforcement for when the 3D contradicted you right to your face.Even deeper than that:

What Finally Clicked
If I’m honest with myself, I was actually exposed to the core idea that repeated thoughts become things at a pretty young age – even as a young teenager.I got it, and I was curious enough to follow the thread into my 20s, always leaning in, finding new material to read, collecting different teachers and angles to view the same principles...But while it clicked intellectually (like, I gottt ittttt) and I could explain it to others…Living it was a different game altogether.What I needed wasn't another teacher or technique.I understood all the concepts intellectually.I knew I was supposed to think from the state rather than of it.I knew identity mattered.I knew embodiment mattered.Yet still spent year after year looking at my desires from the perspective of the version of me who didn't have them.Sure, I could hold the new identity for a few moments, a few days even. But inevitably it faded as my doubts crept in and I began to question the process.I even occasionally created deliberate results, and would feel empowered. But on the whole, looking at my overall lifestyle and career, I kept finding myself pulled back into the same assumptions, the same doubts, and the same struggling version of myself I was trying to escape.I went through ROUND AFTER ROUND of this.Crafting a new identity >> taking on the new perspective & state >> facing 3D >> slowly wilting until I lost the new assumption entirely – either from exhaustion or the distractions of the world.I ran so many rounds of this cycle, basically only half-conscious of the person I was still BEING. The vantage point I was looking out from.My energetic output signal.It wasn’t just that I needed a new approach. I actually needed to finally, FINALLY admit consciously to myself which POV I’d been holding most consistently: the old state!I also had to admit the simple fact that holding a new identity that contradicts what your eyes tell you is just plain damn difficult when reality continues to appear unchanged day after day.These truths were there under the surface, but subtle denial is a force to be reckoned with.Alt line: What I never really looked square in the face and consciously admitted, is that holding a new identity that contradicts what your eyes tell you is just plain damn difficult when reality continues to appear unchanged day after day.Especially when you're doing it alone,when old assumptions keep resurfacing,and when the logical mind starts demanding answers.The problem wasn't another missing step.And it wasn't another teacher.Sure, I could always find more proof that this stuff worked.I could watch another video.
Read another book.
Listen to another success story.But even validation wasn't the real issue.The issue was my point of view.No matter what I was affirming, visualizing, or intending, I was still looking at my dream life from the perspective of the same old version of me who didn't have it.I was thinking about it.Dreaming of it.Not living from it.It was the Gap Between Knowing and Being.I was still reacting to circumstances.
Still letting reality tell me who I was.
Still placing the life I wanted somewhere outside of myself.And eventually I realized something deeper.What I needed wasn't more information.What I needed was to remember who I was.Not the version of me defined by circumstances.Not the version of me waiting for permission.Not the version of me constantly searching for proof.The deeper self beneath all of that.The one with agency.The one capable of choosing.The one capable of creating.Creating a life of freedom and authenticity isn't about forcing new beliefs intellectually.It's about becoming internally available for a new identity.
